The Spinning program is growing and we now offer the following classes:
All classes are run to great music and are a terrific way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn on an average of 500 calories.
Classes are limited to eleven participants so please be sure to register online to guarantee a space. If you are new to Spinning, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to receive a personalized bicycle set-up.
Please bring a towel and water bottle.
