The Spinning program has arrived at the studio. We are excited to bring these high energy, indoor cycling classes to you. We are starting classes this week! Join us for a ride on Thursday 6pm and Saturday 7:15am.
Classes are limited to ten participants so please be sure to register online. Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Spinning will challenge you mentally and physically. All classes are run to great music and are a terrific way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn on an average of 500 calories.
