We are excited to announce our new name:

MOMENTUM yoga & fitness.

The new name and logo reflects 
the swell of positive energy we have felt from all of you since coming to the studio a little over six months ago. Momentum reflects this flow of energy as well as our goal of "moving you forward" in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Although our name is changing, we are still dedicated to ensuring that you have a high quality experience at the studio. We are committed to a high standard of customer service and want to hear from you if you have any concerns or suggestions.

You will begin to see the new name and logo in the coming weeks.  We are grateful for your continued support and encourage you to feel the MOMENTUM!

Teacher Training!
with YogaWorks

We are partnering with YogaWorks to bring Teacher Training to the Studio later this year. We are seeking interest levels to plan and schedule the training. So if you are interested in becoming and instructor or growing your personal practice this training is for you. Please see the Teacher Training page to learn more.



Ride with Us


The Spinning program has arrived at the studio. We are excited to bring these high energy, indoor cycling classes to you. We are starting classes this week!
 Join us for a ride on Thursday 6pm and Saturday 7:15am.

Classes are limited to ten participants so please be sure to register online. Please bring a towel and water bottle. 

Spinning will challenge you mentally and physically. All classes are run to great music and are a terrific way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn on an average of 500 calories.

Regardless of your fitness level, you'll get a heart pounding yet low-impact workout while maintaining the ability to go at your own pace. Whatever the reason, millions worldwide have found a lot to love about the Spinning program.
 

The Spinning program is the original and most popular group cycling class. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that beg your legs to pedal, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body.

Hot Yoga!
May 17 - 6:00pm

This is a open level yoga class taught in a heated room. The heat will provide a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.  Bring a mat, hand towel and water.
 
We'll provide the heat, you bring the sweat!!

Okay fellas, this class is dedicated to all the men that want to try yoga. Shawn will teach a class that will demonstrate the benefits of yoga to your body and mind. After the class there will an opportunity to share a cold one.

iRest/Restorative Yoga!
Sunday May 19 - 5:00pm

Come enjoy a restorative class that is a great way to end the weekend. The class will take you through a series of restorative poses followed by a group meditation. This will help you clear your mind and prepare you to enter the week well rested.

Free Ride Friday!
May 24 - 5:30pm

New to Spinning? Join us for Free Ride Friday. If you have never taken a Spinning class before and are interested in learning about Spinning, "come on and take a free ride."

This class is one-hour in length and will be broken into two segments. The first segment will provide the basics of spinning while the second will be a low intensity ride. For the class, all you need is a pair running/tennis shoes, a water bottle and a towel.

Each class has limited space, so please click on the schedule tab above and register online or call us to reserve a bike.

Live Music & Yoga!

Come enjoy an evening of music and yoga. Marsha will be playing strings and flute. Juli will lead us through a practice accompanied to the music. This will be a special evening.
