Join us on Wednesday evenings for Spin & Yin. The evening begins at 6:00pm with a Spinning class with great music that will energize you followed by a re-centering, renewing Yin Yoga practice at 7:00pm. Sound blissful? We think so. See you then!
Want to give it a try? For the month of July, join us for Spin at 6:00pm and stay for Yin Yoga for FREE. Space in the Spinning class is limited so sign up early.
Not enough time for both classes? No worries…these classes can be enjoyed separately.
Strength, Balance & Flow
Every Thursday at 6:00pm
In this class we will explore the basic asanas as we take them to new depths and duration. We will challenge ourselves to move beyond our current comfort zone and expand our repertoire of asanas.
Focus will be on developing strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance – both in our bodies and minds. You will leave this class having been physically pushed and mentally challenged.
In an effort to allow students to turn inward and focus on the union of mind and body during a practice, the class is structured so that the first class of every month revisits the basics of selected asanas in a workshop format where alignment points can be discussed and refined. This frees the remainder of the month's classes to provide only the cueing necessary to guide the flow of the class, minimizing the task of listening and allowing students to immerse themselves more deeply in their practice.

The Spinning program is growing and we now offer the following classes:
All classes are run to great music and are a terrific way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn on an average of 500 calories.
Space is limited so please be sure to register online to guarantee a space. If you are new to Spinning, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to receive a personalized bicycle set-up.
Please bring a towel and water bottle.

This morning class is a Vinyasa style FLOW class infused with a little more 'energy' to get your morning off to a great start! Linking the breath with movement as you are guided from pose to pose, you will leave feeling energized, inspired & ready to take on your day!
